A proposal to extend
Legal Services Trust Fund Commission term limits to two consecutive three-year
terms, with the possibility of extending the term by an additional seventh or
eighth year to serve as chair or vice chair. This rule change would only apply
to the State Bar appointments.

A proposed amendment to the calculation of Minimum
Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) to keep the required Elimination of Bias hour
and the required substance abuse/competence issues hour intact within every member’s
requirement, regardless of the pro-rated total number of hours due.
