Proposed Formal Opinion Interim No. 10‑0003 considers: May
an attorney maintain a virtual law office practice (“VLO”) and
still comply with her ethical obligations, if the communications
client, storage of access to all information about client’s
matter, are conducted solely through internet using secure computer
servers third-party vendor (i.e., “cloud computing”).
