The legal profession, to its own detriment, has not done a good job of anticipating and adapting to changes in society, a law professor from Washington and Lee University School of Law says.

  • February Bar Exam results
    More than 45 percent of test-takers passed the California Bar Exam last month, marking a 17-year high. The pass rate for a February exam hasn’t been that high since 1997, when 48.8 percent of test-takers passed.
