The Orange County Bar Association (OCBA) and its charitable fund were honored as the Public Law Center’s 2012 Community Partner of the Year.

Over the past decade, the OCBA’s lawyer referral and information service and its foundation have provided more than $1.3 million in grants to the Public Law Center, which provides free legal services to low-income Orange County residents.

OCBA President Dimetria Jackson and OCBA Charitable Fund President John Hueston accepted the award at the annual Volunteers for Justice Dinner on June 18 at the Hyatt Regency Irvine.
